Vegan Taco Nut Meat Recipe

About five years ago I worked in a Raw Vegan Cafe. One of the things I learned to cook while I worked there was Taco Nut Meat. It also happened to be my favorite thing! What I liked about it best was that it was close to "regular" taco meat, but only better. This is not only 100% vegan it is 100% RAW vegan.

Vegan Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Hello! One of my all-time favorite things to make before I transitioned to a plant based diet, was shepherds pie. Vegan Buffalo Sliders Recipe

Hey guys! Today I am going to share with you a delicious vegan alternative to a Chicken Buffalo Sandwich. Banana and Berry Smoothie Bowl

Hey Guys! Today I wanted to share a simple recipe for a staple food in my vegetarian diet! Smoothie bowls are really just a different way to make a smoothie. This recipe does not have any added sugar in it. I make it sweet by using very ripe fruit. I feel that adding sugar gets in the way of enjoying the taste of the fruit the way it was meant to taste.
