Recipe!! Golden Milk




Turmeric Paste
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup turmeric

  1. Add to a sauce pan
  2. Stir over gentle heat for 7-10 minutes
  3. If it gets too thick add more water
  4. Store in refrigerator for 2-4 weeks


Golden Milk
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp - 1 TBS turmeric paste
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 4-6 black peppercorns
  • 1 pinch of stevia

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a sauce pan
  2. Mix all of the ingredients
  3. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to get rid of peppercorns and ginger bits
  5. Serve
